Weaving together exquisite renditions of sacred chant, song and poetry from the world's traditions with passionate soaring vocals and the luminous sound of crystal singing bowls, Ashana's live events are a retreat for the soul -- a magical, heart-opening journey where you will feel inspired and uplifted and bathed in love. Come and experience ecstatic verse by Hafiz, Hildegaard & Yogananda; a riveting Lord's Prayer sung in the original Aramaic; and masterful crystal bowl playing in a participatory evening of sacred songs, all graced by the angelic voice and healing sound invocations of Ashana on her "Heart to Heart Tour."

a Workshop with Ashana and the Crystal Singing Bowls
An intimate day of prayer, sacred sound and intention designed to create a profound healing experience for everyone. Ashana offers insight and hands-on experience on using crystal singing bowls for sound healing, music and contemplative practices. Deepen your connection and increase your ease and mastery of playing these beautiful instruments. Sitting together in sacred circle, we will create and hold a space for journeying and healing with sound, chant, mantra and affirmation, using alchemy and classic frosted crystal singing bowls.
Half Day: 3 hours with a break or Full Day: 6 hours with a break
A profoundly relaxing and deeply peaceful sound meditation and candlelight ceremony designed to balance and realign your energies to higher, more refined states. Create and hold powerful intentions in sacred, prayerful space as we chant together the seed mantras of creation accompanied by the healing vibrations of alchemy crystal singing bowls. Realign, clear and balance the energy centers of your physical and subtle bodies, attune your personal vibration to the higher energetic frequencies and touch deeply into the stillness within to reconnect and be restored as you rest in the centering light of your Highest Self.
This is a blessed time for personal rejuvenation and renewal on a very deep level. Everyone will have the opportunity to share in circle.

A sound healing session with Ashana and the crystal singing bowls is deeply and profoundly relaxing and will lead you to the innermost core of your being. In sacred, prayerful space, you are bathed in waves of transcendent sound, song and prayer so that healing may take place. Every session is unique, with crystal bowls and sounds intuitively chosen to entrain your entire being to an experience of peace and balance. Benefits may include: release of emotional and mental blockages; relief from pain and stress; increased clarity, perception and an overall experience of well-being; release of trauma patterns held in the body; increased energy, lightness and joy.
Private Lessons in Crystal Bowl Playing

For people interested in a one-on-one session to deepen and enhance their ability to play and express themselves through sound with crystal singing bowls. These sessions include guided practice, meditation techniques and technical instruction specific to each individual. Ashana’s crystal bowl playing style has been called “masterful”. With the grace of t’ai chi movement, you will learn to play from the center of your being, using the breath to embody the sound of the bowl and increase the presence and impact of your sound transmission. Vocal instruction is also available to help open and release the voice to bring more ease and joy to your toning and chanting practices.
